Our plans as a company: We want to move from a regular outsourcing business to an ecosystem of outsourcing, education, and product development companies. Over the years, we have arrived at a highly personalized working model with transparent workflows.
This model allows us to create software products that meet our clients’ goals with precision. We operate in an AI-assisted development environment, where engineering thinking, logical validation, and responsibility for business outcomes are more important than simply writing code.
About the Role: About the Role: We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join our QA and BA Office and test several web and mobile client products built with AI-assisted development.
Our developers use AI coding tools every day, so features ship fast, releases happen weekly or more often, and requirements change a lot. Your job is to make sure that speed never costs us quality. You’ll work in small cross-functional teams (PM, tech lead, developers) and support 2–3 projects in parallel, using AI tools yourself to plan and speed up testing.
Type of cooperation: Remote, Full-time. Working hours generally follow Kyiv time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test new features and bug fixes on web and mobile apps against requirements and acceptance criteria
- Write test cases, checklists and test plans, and update them the same day requirements change
- Run functional, smoke, UI and basic API testing, plus regression around each change
- Report bugs in Jira with clear steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, screenshots and logs
- Retest fixes and confirm tickets are ready for release or UAT
- Use AI tools to generate test ideas, test cases and test data, and to analyse logs, then verify every result before using it
- Support 2-3 projects in parallel, keeping test status and notes current for each
- Take part in stand-ups, grooming and release meetings, and raise quality risks early
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of commercial experience in QA
- Knowledge of testing theory: test levels and types, test design techniques, bug life cycle
- Experience writing test cases, checklists and bug reports
- Understanding of how web and mobile apps work: client-server, HTTP, REST APIs
- Confident use of browser DevTools and Postman
- Experience with Jira or a similar tracker
- Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in daily work, with the judgement to review and verify output before relying on it
- Attention to detail and a habit of going past the happy path: edge cases, invalid input, different devices and browsers
- Experience working on 2+ projects in parallel
- English level B2+ — you’ll communicate directly with client teams
- Ownership of your tasks: you meet deadlines and say early when testing is blocked or at risk
Nice to Have:
- Basic SQL to check data in the database
