Manual QA Engineer

Bandeira is an ecommerce team working on Shopify and BigCommerce projects, alongside digital marketing and store migrations. We're looking for a QA Specialist to join our remote team. 

About the role

What you'll be doing

Daily

• Testing dev theme tasks on real devices and through Browserstack / browser dev tools
• Final QA pass before release
• Writing QA reports in Trello
• Documenting features, and writing client-facing guides when a feature includes customizable settings

Weekly

• Checking the customer journey across each of our active projects

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of proven QA experience
• QA experience in ecommerce, ideally Shopify
• Solid understanding of adaptive/responsive layout standards and common cross-browser quirks
• Comfortable inspecting browser consoles
• Understanding of the ecommerce checkout journey and basic ecommerce layout principles
• English from B1, enough to write clear documentation and client guides
   

Working conditions

• Fully remote
• 8 hour working day (lunch included), flexible start between 9:00 and 11:00 (Ukraine time)
• Unlimited days off, based on trust and actual workload, not a strict count
• No screen trackers, no unnecessary corporate process
