About Deveit Deveit is an IT service company specializing in custom software solutions of varying complexity — from self-service portals and e-commerce platforms to microservice-based CRM and ERP systems.
We are looking for a Manual QA with 3–5 years of experience to strengthen our delivery team and ensure high-quality releases across web and e-commerce projects.

Responsibilities

· Perform basic web accessibility testing based on WCAG guidelines, including keyboard navigation, focus visibility, form labels, alternative text for images, and color contrast.

· Perform manual testing of web applications, online stores for BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce

· Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge; desktop & mobile)

· Verify UI/UX correctness: layout integrity (responsive behavior, broken markup), image optimization and visual consistency

· Test website forms (validation, submission logic, error handling)

· Test e-commerce functionality: product pages, cart and checkout flow, payment integrations

· Validate tracking events (Google Analytics / GA4, GTM)

· Test third-party integrations: Google Maps, external forms, API integrations (Swagger-based verification)

· Test admin panels and CMS: content updates, blog/articles publishing, verification of content changes on the frontend

· Perform regression testing after releases

· Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and bug reports in Jira or Redmine

· Participate in sprint planning and collaborate closely with developers and clients

Requirements

· Basic understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility guidelines and experience identifying common web accessibility issues.

· 3–5 years of experience in manual testing of web applications

· Solid understanding of: client-server architecture, HTTP status codes, browser developer tools

Experience with:

· Jira or Redmine

· Google Analytics / GA4

· Swagger (API testing basics)

· WordPress or similar CMS

· Experience testing e-commerce platforms or marketplaces

· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment

· English level: Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

· Basic knowledge of SQL · Experience with Postman

· Understanding of SEO fundamentals

· Experience with performance testing tools

· Basic automation knowledge (will be considered a plus)

· Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools, such as axe DevTools, WAVE, or Lighthouse.
