Requirements

Must have

• 5+ years in QA, with at least 1 year in a Senior QA role.
• Experience in:
  
  • Working within Agile practices
  • Web testing
  • Running API, integration, localization, and security tests.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in QA workflows (e.g. Claude) for:
  
  • Test design and generation
  • Defect analysis and root cause assistance
  • Test data generation
  • Documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI-driven QA approaches:
  
  • AI-assisted exploratory testing
  • Risk-based testing supported by AI insights
  • Intelligent test prioritization.
• Understanding of AI system limitations (hallucinations, inconsistency, non-deterministic outputs).
• Ability to validate AI-generated outputs against real requirements and system behavior.
• Genuine interest in applying AI to improve QA efficiency, coverage, and cycle time.
• English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or above (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• ISTQB foundation-level certification.
• experience in testing multi-market commercial apps.
• Familiarity with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Selenium).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on all core QA activities, including retesting and running various test types.
• Implement AI-assisted testing practices, including test generation, defect analysis, and intelligent test prioritization.
• Evaluate and optimize the test approach to suit the team’s needs.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Be a collaborative team player.
