Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of new features and product enhancements
• Execute smoke, regression, and exploratory testing
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Validate API requests and responses using Postman or similar tools
• Investigate, document, and track defects
• Validate bug fixes and perform impact analysis
• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
• Ensure quality across different user roles, configurations, and business units
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing coverage

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
• Experience with functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans, bug reports)
• Experience validating API requests and responses
• Understanding of client-server architecture
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience testing data-driven applications
• Experience validating complex calculations and reporting systems
• Knowledge of SQL for data verification
• Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, CRM, or Analytics domains
• Familiarity with mobile application release cycles and App Store distribution processes
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini) for test design, requirements analysis, and QA process optimization
• Basic automation knowledge or willingness to learn automation tools
