Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join the team developing a B2B communication platform for automotive dealerships.

The product includes web and mobile applications, browser extensions, communication widgets, CRM integrations, real-time notifications, and AI-powered features. You will test new functionality across these components, validate fixes before release, and help the team maintain a stable and consistent user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Test new features across web, iOS, Android, and browser extensions;
• Perform regression and retesting across multiple environments before production releases;
• Validate APIs, integrations, real-time events, notifications, and multi-channel communication flows;
• Test AI-powered features, including their behavior and integration with the core product;
• Investigate issues using DevTools, Postman, logs, and other available tools;
• Create clear bug reports with reproducible steps, environment details, and supporting screenshots or videos;
• Work closely with developers, Product Managers, Customer Success, and other QA Engineers to identify root causes and confirm fixes;
• Test file and media flows, localization, and cross-browser compatibility;
• Maintain high-quality testing while working with several features and tickets in parallel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in manual software testing;
• Strong experience testing web applications, including cross-browser testing;
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android;
• Confident use of browser DevTools for inspecting network requests and troubleshooting frontend and backend issues;
• Practical experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools;
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, regression testing, and edge-case analysis;
• Understanding of frontend/backend interaction, client-server architecture, and asynchronous processes;
• Experience testing across multiple environments;
• Excellent attention to UI details and product consistency;
• Ability to write structured test cases and detailed bug reports;
• Strong self-organization and ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently;
• Experience working with Linear or similar task-tracking systems;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

WILL BE PLUS:

• Experience testing AI or LLM-powered features;
• Experience with browser extensions;
• Understanding of WebSockets and real-time functionality;
• Experience testing CRM or third-party integrations;
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript;
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases;
• Familiarity with Git, Figma, and AI-assisted tools.
