Manual QA Engineer
Playtech’s Live unit is looking for a QA Engineer to to help ensure the quality and reliability of our gaming and Live Casino products across web, mobile, and desktop.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Test web, mobile, and desktop applications, including functional, regression, integration, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Turn requirements and user stories into clear test coverage, including test plans, test cases, checklists, and reports.
- Find, reproduce, and log defects in Jira, then verify fixes and run regression tests before each release.
- Test APIs and client-server communication using Postman, Fiddler, and browser DevTools.
- Estimate testing effort, identify risks, and support release planning.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Help improve our QA processes and quality standards.
Qualifications

- Have 3+ years of experience in manual testing and software QA.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of testing principles and techniques, as well as SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum.
- Understand client-server architecture and how web and mobile applications work.
- Have experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android, with familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design.
- Have experience writing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and checklists.
- Bring hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Postman, Fiddler, Swagger/OpenAPI, Chrome DevTools, and AI tools.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills while managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
- Communicate in English at an Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level.
