We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our product team. You will be responsible for testing new features throughout the development lifecycle, identifying issues, and helping the team deliver a stable and high-quality product. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members while contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
Responsibilities:
- Test new product features throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze requirements and participate in refinement and planning sessions.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and other test documentation.
- Identify, report, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and proper prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure product quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing approaches.
- Use AI tools in daily work to improve productivity and quality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer.
- Experience working in a product-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and software testing principles.
- Solid experience with functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Experience with bug tracking systems and writing clear bug reports.
- Understanding of client-server architecture and REST APIs.
- Experience with API testing using Postman and/or Swagger.
- Basic SQL skills and knowledge of HTTP methods/status codes.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a cross-functional team.
Nice to have:
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS / Android).
- Experience with load and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Basic knowledge of security testing, Docker, and containerized applications.
