ROIcamp is a media buying team that works exclusively with the dating vertical. The parent company has been building and monetizing dating products since 2011; the team is 40+ people and fully remote. We buy traffic on Meta, Google, TikTok, push and native placements, and we measure ourselves on paying users rather than on leads.
About the role
In a product company, a bug becomes a ticket in the backlog. In a traffic team, a broken form on a landing page costs a day of budget: the buyer pays for every click while visitors hit a button that does not respond. QA here stands between a campaign launch and real money.
ROIcamp has worked in the dating vertical since 2011, and this position is the official entry into the team's technical track. No experience is required, training is included, and the base salary is paid from day one. You report to the Tech Lead.
What you'll do
- Check landing pages and prelanders before traffic goes live, covering layout, loading speed, and forms across devices, browsers, and GEOs. A prelander is the short intermediate page a user sees between the ad and the main offer page, and a GEO is the country or region a campaign is aimed at.
- Walk the funnel exactly as a user would, from registration through subscription to payment, following a checklist step by step.
- Test tracking: confirm that a click is registered and that the conversion postback arrives. A tracker is the system that records where each click came from and what it turned into, and we teach both the tracker and browser DevTools from scratch.
- Write bug reports that a developer can act on after a single read, then verify the fixes.
- Catch regressions after landing updates, since "it worked yesterday" is not an argument without a repeat check.
- Extend the checklists together with the tech lead, adding a new line for every bug that got through.
Requirements
- No commercial QA experience is required. We teach the process, the tools, and the specifics of traffic funnels.
- Sharp attention to detail: you notice a misaligned button before you read its label.
- Basic technical literacy: you understand how a web page is put together and have opened DevTools at least out of curiosity.
- Consistency: the checklist gets completed even when everything appears to be fine.
- A stable internet connection and readiness for full-time work.
Nice to have
- English at the level of reading interfaces and documentation.
- Any exposure to testing, whether courses, personal projects, or bug reports in open source.
What we offer
- A way into the traffic industry without a prior-experience requirement.
- Training on the live funnels and tracking that the team actually runs.
- Visible impact: you can see the budget that your check protected.
- A flexible full-time schedule, since some checks are tied to landing releases and campaign launches.
- Fully remote work, paid from the first day of training.
- Payouts on a fixed date.
Growth path
From junior QA there are two directions: deeper into QA, taking on automation and the testing of tracking infrastructure alongside the tech lead, or a move toward analytics and the wider technical track. Promotion is earned by results rather than by tenure.
Compensation
$300–500 base, full salary from day one of training. Payouts on a fixed date.
Hiring process
A 30-minute screening call, then a short practical task on attention to detail that asks you to find the problems on a test landing page, then an offer. The whole process takes up to 5 business days.
