Manual QA Engineer

Description:

• Analyze project requirements and identify test scenarios for web and mobile products.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to reproduce, prioritize, and verify bug fixes.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Conduct API testing and validate backend integrations.
• Prepare Test Summary Reports and communicate testing results.
• Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to improving product quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and assist in troubleshooting complex issues.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
• Experience testing React Native applications.
• Experience testing modern web applications across different browsers.
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Insomnia, Swagger, cURL).
• Good understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with browser DevTools.
• Experience with mobile emulators/simulators and real devices.
• Experience with network debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler).
• Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
