Network Engineer

We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to develop, maintain, and improve our network infrastructure across data center and cloud environments.

In this role, you'll take ownership of network solutions from design and configuration to deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. 

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, automation, and solving technical challenges independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across data centers and cloud environments.
• Take ownership of network solutions end-to-end, from planning and configuration to deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
• Configure and maintain VLAN, LACP, vPC, routing, BGP, and VPN connectivity.
• Manage and troubleshoot network equipment, including Cisco Nexus switches and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Build and maintain connectivity between data centers, providers, and partners.
• Configure and maintain AWS Direct Connect and Azure ExpressRoute / VPN connectivity.
• Automate network configurations and routine operations using Ansible and scripting tools.
• Manage cloud network infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• Troubleshoot production network issues, including latency, packet loss, routing, firewall, VPN, and physical connectivity problems.
• Organize data center cross-connects and coordinate with providers and remote hands.
• Support network connectivity for Windows and Linux servers.
• Monitor network availability, maintain technical documentation, and improve infrastructure reliability.
• Participate in designing and implementing fault-tolerant and highly available network solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering or Network Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, LACP, NAT, ACL, DNS, and routing.
• Hands-on experience with BGP configuration and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Practical experience designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions independently.
• Experience with enterprise networking equipment, preferably Cisco Nexus or comparable platforms.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting next-generation firewalls, preferably Palo Alto Networks.
• Good understanding of VPN/IPsec, routing, firewall policies, and site-to-site connectivity.
• Experience with data center networking, including connectivity between data centers, providers, and external partners.
• Experience with cloud networking, including AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, or similar connectivity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with network configuration automation using Ansible.
• Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code for managing cloud networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving production network incidents.
• Ability to take ownership of technical tasks, make independent decisions, and deliver practical solutions.
• English: Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in infrastructure teams with broad technical responsibilities.
• Experience building or significantly improving network infrastructure from scratch.
• Knowledge of Python or PowerShell for network automation.
• Experience with different networking vendors and equipment.
• Experience in FinTech, Trading, or other environments with high availability requirements.
• Experience designing network redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery solutions.
