We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the Ardas team for collaboration on a long-term product project in the CRM / Sales Enablement domain.
The product is a fast-growing SaaS platform used by outside sales teams to manage customer relationships, optimize field sales activities, and improve business performance through data-driven insights. The platform includes web, API, and mobile components and is actively evolving alongside a growing international team.
This role is ideal for a QA engineer who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, proactively improving quality processes, and working closely with developers and product teams in a fast-paced product setup.
Required skills:
⚡️ 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
⚡️ English: C1
⚡️ Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test design techniques, and testing types (functional, regression, smoke, exploratory)
⚡️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
⚡️ High level of user empathy — you think about how real users interact with the product, not just happy paths
⚡️ Product mindset with focus on business value and customer impact
⚡️ Ability to manage multiple tasks across cross-functional teams while maintaining quality
⚡️ Clear and effective communication skills
Will be a plus:
➕ Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies
➕ Experience with AI-based automation tools
➕ Familiarity with multiple automation frameworks (web + API + mobile)
Responsibilities:
💫 Review requirements, specifications, designs, and technical documents — flag risks, edge cases, and dependencies early
💫 Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web, API, and mobile platforms
💫 Perform functional, smoke, regression, exploratory, and performance testing across all components of the system
💫 Analyze test results, identify patterns, report bugs with clear reproduction steps, and recommend improvements
💫 Participate in regression and post-release testing
💫 Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and known-issue logs
💫 Collaborate closely with developers and tech leads to detect quality risks and maintain release confidence
💫 Proactively identify tickets with high business or client impact and ensure they receive extended test coverage
Work schedule:
⏱️ The project is focused on collaboration with the US team, so working hours are oriented toward the US timezone overlap (approximately 11 AM — 8 PM Ukraine time).
