QA Engineer

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in software testing.

• At least 3 medium-large commercial projects completed.

• Proficiency in testing web applications both (UI and Backend).

• Proficiency in various techniques for testing web applications.

• Proficiency in various techniques for testing mobile applications.

• Good theoretical knowledge of SW testing and deliverables and best practices.

• Practical and theoretical knowledge of testing methodology.

• Experience in API testing (Postman).

• Understanding of development operations.

• Familiarity with the continuous integration/delivery process.

• Understanding of client-server architecture.

• Knowledge and good experience with testing tools (Jira, YouTrack, TestRail, etc.).

• Knowledge of Agile Software Development Framework (Scrum process).

• Ability to think out of the box, adapt, and implement innovative solutions.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering etc).

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC activities including test report results and quality metrics, defects troubleshooting, and follow-up.

• Requirements analysis.

• Writing and execution of manual test scenarios.

• Communication with the team and customers.

• Planning test activities.

• Research and assess new technologies and test tools.
