QA Engineer
Dinarys is looking for an experienced Lead Manual QA to join our team and take ownership of the QA function on an existing product.
One of the key objectives of this role will be to review and assess the current QA processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices that increase product quality and team efficiency.
Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in Manual QA.
— 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring QA engineers.
— Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
— Solid experience with web application testing.
— Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
— Strong knowledge of test design techniques and testing methodologies.
— Experience writing comprehensive test documentation.
— Excellent bug reporting and defect management skills.
— Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
— Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
— Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
— Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
— Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
Responsibilities:
— Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing QA processes, workflows, and documentation.
— Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
— Design and implement scalable QA processes, standards, and best practices.
— Lead quality initiatives across the project and drive continuous process improvements.
— Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to improve development and release processes.
— Define testing strategies and ensure consistent quality throughout the SDLC.
— Participate in requirements analysis and provide quality-related recommendations.
— Perform hands-on manual testing when needed, including functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and acceptance testing.
— Review test documentation and ensure high testing standards across the team.
— Support release planning and monitor product quality metrics.
