We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join a 6-month project focused on building a mobile application for internet service customers. The app enables users to manage accounts, track services, make payments, receive notifications, and configure Wi-Fi settings. This role is centered on ensuring product quality across iOS and Android platforms through structured testing and close collaboration with the product team.
Required for this role
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and testing lifecycle
- Experience establishing and improving QA processes, with the ability to take ownership of testing activities as the sole QA engineer on a project
- Experience creating and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports
- Practical experience with API testing tools such as Postman
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
Nice to have
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with testing mobile apps that include payment flows or account management features
Your responsibilities
- Review business and functional requirements to ensure testability and clarity
- Create and execute test cases for mobile application features
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
- Verify bug fixes and ensure product quality before release
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Designers, and Developers
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage
