Join a team developing a modern cloud-based SaaS platform used by enterprise customers worldwide. The product includes web applications, REST APIs, third-party integrations, and high-volume data processing. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high product quality while contributing to the gradual expansion of the automation test suite.
Main requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Strong expertise in manual testing of complex web applications
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools
- Experience with UI automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar)
- Basic programming/scripting skills (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Good understanding of SQL and database validation
- Experience with browser developer tools and log analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
Desirable requirements:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing cloud-based SaaS products
- Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes
- Performance or security testing experience
- ISTQB certification
Functions:
- Perform comprehensive manual testing of web applications, APIs, and new product features
- Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and checklists
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution
- Conduct regression, smoke, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Validate business requirements and collaborate with Product Owners during feature refinement
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Develop and maintain automated UI/API tests (approximately 20% of responsibilities)
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities
- Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Contribute to continuous improvements of QA processes and testing standards
