QA Engineer

Intelswift is an AI-native customer communication platform — multi-channel messaging, voice AI agents, LLM-driven chatbots, and business intelligence — serving SaaS companies worldwide. Our stack: React, Node.js, Python, Java, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and LLM orchestration (LangChain, OpenAI, ElevenLabs).

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to own product quality end to end — from the testing process to automation. Playwright automation experience is required: we need an experienced person who can bring order first and move quickly toward automating validation.

What you’ll do:
 — Build automation in Playwright using a page-object model; integrate tests into GitHub Actions as quality gates.
 — Build and run the testing process: test cases, checklists, and bug reports in Jira.
 — Analyze requirements, spot potential problems, and suggest solutions.
 — Run functional and regression testing on critical flows (chat, handoff to a live agent, agent assignment, conversation resolution).
 — Test REST APIs and microservices.
 — Support releases and run release sign-off.
 — Over time, cover more complex cases: contract checks, multi-customer and multi-role scenarios, and event-driven flows.
 — Evaluate AI agent behavior — tone, helpfulness, and hallucinations.

What we expect:
 — 3+ years of commercial testing experience.
 — Required: hands-on automation experience with Playwright and the ability to build a page-object framework.
 — Working JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for test code.
 — Experience integrating tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar).
 — Experience building QA processes from scratch.
 — Manual and exploratory testing of web applications, with solid test-design skills.
 — Experience testing REST APIs and microservices.
 — Confident with Jira and a Git/PR workflow.
 — Attention to detail and critical thinking.
 — English — B2/C1, Ukrainian — C2.

Nice to have:
 — Testing real-time features (WebSocket, live agent handoff).
 — Experience testing SaaS where one product serves many client companies with role-based access.
 — Experience with AI/LLM or voice agents.
 — Docker for test environments.
