We are looking for a Senior Accessibility QA Engineer to join a fast-growing team.
Requirements
- IAAP certification (e.g., CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or higher).
- Extensive experience in conducting manual accessibility testing for large-scale web platforms.
- Practical experience working with assistive technologies and testing tools, including:
- NVDA
- JAWS
- VoiceOver
- TalkBack
- Axe
- WAVE
- Demonstrable project experience conducting accessibility audits for enterprise-level corporate websites.
- Ability to create clearly structured audit reports with prioritized findings and specific recommendations.
- Knowledge of relevant international regulations (e.g., EAA in Europe, ADA in the U.S.) in addition to WCAG guidelines.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 A & AA standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a manual accessibility audit for critical user journeys, including:
- Search
- Navigation
- Shipment tracking
- Booking
- Checkout
- Review approximately 40–50 representative pages or templates rather than the entire website.
- Conduct audits for selected microsites and microservices where relevant user journeys continue (if applicable).
- Prepare and provide audit results based on WCAG 2.2 A & AA standards.
- Create concrete and actionable recommendations for resolving identified accessibility barriers.
- Optionally conduct usability tests with people with disabilities to validate the audit results.
