We are looking for an experienced, hands-on QA Manager to join our client’s team and lead quality assurance for a cloud-based TravelTech SaaS platform.

Project — a comprehensive property management system (PMS) designed for independent hotels, inns, motels, and small hotel chains. The platform brings together reservations, booking management, distribution channels, rates and inventory, online payments, housekeeping, and analytics.

The role combines QA team leadership with hands-on involvement in testing and automation. A key priority is to strengthen test automation, improve QA processes, and ensure consistent product quality across a large SaaS platform.

What makes you a great fit

• 7–10+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance, including at least 2 years as a QA Lead or QA Manager
• Proven experience building, scaling, or improving a QA function and leading QA engineers
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies, test strategy, and quality standards
• Experience designing test plans, test cases, regression processes, and effective test coverage approaches
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern software development practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating across Engineering, Product, and DevOps
• Ability to define and use quality metrics to assess defects, test coverage, and release readiness
• Strong mentoring, communication, and process-improvement skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and align working hours with US time zones
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools
• Experience testing complex SaaS platforms and third-party integrations
• Experience in TravelTech or HospitalityTech

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a QA team of approximately 6 engineers
• Own and continuously improve the overall QA strategy and testing standards
• Develop and expand test automation across the platform
• Take a hands-on approach to QA activities and lead by example
• Manage manual and automated testing, test plans, and regression processes
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and release workflows
• Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and release readiness
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams
• Investigate production defects and drive continuous quality improvements
