QA Engineer
Description
The Product is a situation management software platform that enables situation planning, response, and analysis for the security, safety and emergency markets. By integrating and correlating information from multiple and diverse systems across the organization and coordinating response actions, the Product ensures that everyone in the operational chain knows what is happening and what to do.
The team designs, implements, and deploys integrations between the Product and 3rd party systems like access control, fire security, video surveillance. The team is responsible for the full life cycle of integrations: requirements gathering, communication with customers and suppliers, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows 11 / Server 2025/2022/2019
- Network/application understanding and troubleshooting skills
- 5+ years of experience
- Good understanding of design and system overview
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking – an advantage
- Good understanding of RESTful services and HTTPS – an advantage
- Experience with Databases – an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong self-learning ability
- Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS, Git, XML, XSD, MS SQL Management Studio, PerfMon, Sniffer
- Understanding of basic .net platform – an advantage

- Define, implement, execute, and document test plans
- Preparing QA related documents (ATP,STD, Release Notess
- Preparing installation documentation (setup guides)
- VM administration
- Participation in daily/planning/retro/sync-up meetings
- Communication with developers, and product owner to provide sync inside the team and good-quality processes
- Taking a proactive role in ensuring the quality of the whole product
