Sumix is a leading provider of Fiber optic testing equipment — microscopes and interferometers (www.sumix.com). We are seeking a qualified and talented Test Engineer with strong knowledge in emdedded to work on our products.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Test and verify SUMIX measurement equipment.
- Perform measurements according to established procedures and instructions.
- Inspect equipment after assembly, repair, calibration, and return from demo.
- Compare measurement results against specified requirements and acceptable limits.
- Identify and document defects, nonconformities, and equipment instability.
- Perform repeated measurements to evaluate repeatability / reproducibility.
- Work with various types of measurement equipment, including microscopes, interferometers, and other metrology systems.
