QA Engineer

LITSLINK is looking for QA Engineers to join several of our long-term projects.

We currently have multiple opportunities for QA specialists and are looking for both experienced QA Engineers and QA Leads, depending on your experience, technical background, and leadership skills.

Our projects vary in domain, product type, and technical environment, so we’re open to specialists with different QA backgrounds, including Web, Mobile, API, and Backend testing.

What you’ll do:

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing;
• Test web, mobile, API, and/or backend functionality depending on the project;
• Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, test plans, and bug reports;
• Analyze requirements and identify potential risks and edge cases;
• Investigate issues and collaborate with developers on their resolution;
• Participate in release and regression testing;
• Work closely with developers, PMs, BAs, and other team members;
• Contribute to improving QA processes and overall product quality.

For Lead-level opportunities, responsibilities may also include defining QA strategy and processes, planning test coverage, assessing quality risks, mentoring QA specialists, and taking ownership of quality within the project.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in QA;
• Strong knowledge of manual testing principles and methodologies;
• Experience with Web and/or Mobile testing;
• Experience with API testing;
• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC;
• Understanding of client-server architecture and HTTP fundamentals;
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation;
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools;
• Ability to investigate issues independently and pay attention to edge cases;
• English — Intermediate+.

Will be a plus:

• SQL and database testing;
• Backend testing;
• Experience with microservices;
• Log analysis and Linux;
• CI/CD tools;
• Docker;
• Test automation experience;
• Experience with performance or security testing;
• Previous experience as a QA Lead / Team Lead or with QA process ownership.
