We are expanding our QA team and looking for an AI-First QA Engineer who combines strong testing fundamentals with AI-assisted automation and a proactive approach to quality assurance.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled AI-First QA Engineer to join our new logistics project.

Our team actively integrates AI tools into the development process, and we are looking for a QA Engineer who can effectively apply the same approach to testing and automation.

You will take ownership of quality assurance across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations, combining manual testing, AI-assisted automation, and independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Own quality assurance activities across frontend, backend, APIs, and third-party integrations.
Use AI tools to analyze requirements, generate test scenarios, and identify edge cases.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests using AI-assisted development tools.
Perform exploratory, integration, smoke, and regression testing.
Validate business workflows, API responses, and database consistency.
Investigate failures using browser DevTools, application logs, and AI-assisted debugging.
Review AI-generated test code to ensure accuracy, reliability, and maintainability.
Identify product risks, report defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency through AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and the defect lifecycle.
Experience testing web applications, REST APIs, and backend integrations.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar for testing activities.
Ability to create, execute, and maintain automated tests with AI assistance.
Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar test automation frameworks.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, with the ability to review and modify AI-generated code.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
Basic SQL knowledge and the ability to validate data in databases.
Experience using browser DevTools, application logs, and network debugging tools.
Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and independently define testing scenarios.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and automated test execution.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, ownership, and attention to detail.
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI coding agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based tools.
Experience testing mobile applications.
Experience testing logistics, transportation, delivery, or tracking systems.
Understanding of event-driven architectures, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Experience with performance and basic security testing.
Experience testing AI-powered features, including evaluating non-deterministic outputs.
