Our client is an international technology company developing a large-scale global project and building a strong QA organization in Poland.
Due to the team’s growth, we are looking for an experienced Head of QA to lead the entire QA organization and drive its strategic development, quality standards and modern testing practices.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on developing the overall QA organization rather than managing individual QA squads.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and strategically develop the entire QA organization
- Manage a large-scale QA structure covering both manual and automation testing
- Lead and develop QA Leads and managers who are responsible for their own teams
- Build, optimize and scale QA processes across the organization
- Lead the implementation and development of AI solutions within QA processes
- Drive organizational change and ensure adoption of new QA approaches across teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of QA or equivalent leader responsible for an entire QA organization
- Experience managing a structure of 15+ managers/leads
- 5+ years of management experience is preferred, with flexibility for candidates who have demonstrated significant leadership scope earlier in their career
- Strong strategic and systems-thinking skills
- Ability to independently build, improve and scale QA processes and organizational structures
- Proven experience implementing AI solutions or AI-driven initiatives within QA
- Clear understanding of how to identify, prioritize and implement AI use cases in QA — not just experience using AI tools
- C1+ English with confident communication at both business and professional levels
- Fluent Ukrainian
