QA Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated Senior/Lead General QA Engineer (AI-oriented) to join the development team for our US-based client. Their product is a platform for healthcare services. It includes several web and mobile applications that support customer journeys. Since the domain is Healthcare, the solution must comply with strict regulations and emphasize security, reliability, and high performance.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in the QA field
• 1+ year of experience with one or more functional test automation frameworks
• Strong experience working with AI agents, including agent setup and configuration, and a solid understanding of AI tools
• Strong knowledge of different types of testing: functional, regression, performance, and usability
• Proven experience leading and coordinating QA Manual and QA Automation teams
• Experience defining test strategies and planning test activities
• Hands-on experience working with distributed/remote teams
• Strong client communication skills and the ability to drive discussions with international stakeholders
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Would be a plus:

• Previous experience in healthcare-related projects
• Business analysis skills

Responsibilities:
As a Senior/Lead General QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality by:

• Work with team to create and setup Claude skills, and different AI workflows that help with testing, both manual and automation
• Manage priorities and workload for QA team
• Demonstrating team’s progress and achievements
• Developing and maintaining automated tests for Web and Mobile applications
• Analyzing client requirements and creating corresponding test cases
• Performing functional and non-functional testing across multiple environments and configurations
• Driving continuous improvements in test design, automation, and QA processes
• Recommending design and functional improvements to engineers when applicable
