Security Engineer
Work Type: Full-Time, Remote
We are a parent company developing two AI-powered platforms focused on business budgeting, financial management, payments, and financial infrastructure.
We are looking for a hands-on Security Engineer to help protect our platforms, infrastructure, and internal systems.
What You'll Do
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security threats and incidents.
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements.
- Manage security monitoring, detection, and response systems.
- Review cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications for security risks.
- Support incident response, remediation, and security projects.
Work closely with our engineering and infrastructure teams to strengthen security.
Must Have
- 3+ years of cybersecurity, security operations, or security engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Experience with Windows and Linux security.
- Knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, and security monitoring tools.
- Understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with identity management, access controls, and Zero Trust principles.
- Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Python, PowerShell, or security automation experience.
- Experience with penetration testing or vulnerability assessments.
- FinTech, payments, or financial infrastructure security experience.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications.
