About the Role

We are looking for an IT Security Systems Administrator to manage and continuously tune our security infrastructure — from WAF and EDR/XDR to firewalls and vulnerability management — and to keep our security monitoring, documentation, and incident response running smoothly.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology and Security (Security+, CEH, or vendor certifications such as Imperva Certified or CrowdStrike CCFA/CCFR)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering security infrastructure (WAF, EDR/XDR, firewall, SIEM, DLP)
• Experience with vulnerability management / patch management
• Experience with IAM / access control
• Knowledge of GDPR

• English — B2/C1 level

   

Nice to Have

• AWS infrastructure management
• Forensic investigation experience
• SIEM query languages (SPL, KQL, etc.)
• Experience with vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys, or similar) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience implementing ISO 27000 procedures
• Knowledge of OWASP

• Penetration testing experience

   

Responsibilities

• Configure and tune WAF rules, EDR policies, and firewall rules
• Manage vulnerabilities: scanning, prioritization, and remediation tracking
• Perform security monitoring and log review — a core part of the role regardless of whether a SIEM is in place
• Coordinate patch management
• Document and maintain security policies
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors and tools as the company's toolset grows
• Investigate and respond to security incidents

• Deliver internal security trainings
