Software Engineer

🛠 What You’ll Be Working With

Must-have:

• 6+ months of commercial Python experience
• Solid knowledge of Django or FastAPI
• Hands-on work with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Good understanding of REST API design principles
• English B2+, enough to communicate clearly in a technical context

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with Docker
• Comfortable with Git in an Agile environment
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines

🎯 What You’ll Actually Do

• Build and maintain backend services for real, production web applications
• Design and implement REST APIs with clean, consistent structure
• Optimize database queries, indexes, and schema design
• Write code that other developers enjoy reading and maintaining
• Participate in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedback
• Collaborate daily with frontend developers and the product team
• Take part in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions
