About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing B2B SaaS product team building operational tools for frontline businesses.
This is a product-focused role with ownership from discovery through production. You’ll work closely with customers, product managers, and designers to turn real business problems into practical solutions across web and mobile applications.
AI-assisted development is a core part of the engineering workflow. You’ll use coding agents and similar tools to accelerate delivery while remaining accountable for architecture, correctness, maintainability, and production quality.
Responsibilities
- Own features from initial discovery and scoping through release and iteration
- Use AI development tools to generate, review, debug, and improve production code
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs
- Shape solutions alongside product and design rather than relying on fully defined tickets
- Contribute to architectural decisions and pragmatic technical trade-offs
- Work across different areas of the product, including mobile functionality
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with Elixir in production environments
- Experience delivering features independently across the full development lifecycle
- Regular, practical use of AI coding tools in day-to-day engineering work
- Ability to critically review and correct AI-generated code
- Confidence working with ambiguous requirements and customer feedback
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A pragmatic, product-oriented approach to software development
Nice to Have
- Full-stack or mobile development experience, particularly with React Native
- Experience in a product-led B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with HR, workforce operations, scheduling, or payroll systems
Working Environment
Remote-first within European time zones, with occasional travel for team sessions and customer workshops. The package includes competitive compensation, equity participation, generous leave, health and retirement benefits, home-office support, and a professional development budget.
