Software Engineer
We are a new-generation international product FinTech company with AI at the core of our technology. We use it to rethink how software is built, turning business ideas into production-ready solutions faster than ever.

What you will do:
- Own features end to end, from understanding the business need to shipping to production, measuring results, and closing the loop with the requester.
- Turn business needs into detailed ClickUp tasks with AI, including context, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
- Delegate implementation to AI coding agents, review their plans, and verify results using automated tests, review agents, and nightly red-team runs. Manually check anything involving money, security, or merchant data.
- Own the infrastructure behind your work, including servers, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
- Build agents and automations for other teams. If something is done manually twice, automate it.
Requirements:
- Daily use of AI coding agents (ideally Claude Code), with real examples to show.
- Shipped production backends in PHP and/or Go. What you built matters, not years.
- Strong fundamentals (SQL, APIs, concurrency, security) to catch AI when it is confidently wrong.
- Hands-on DevOps: Linux, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring.
- Owner mindset: why before how, and you measure the result.
- Clear English (B2+) with the team, clients and vendors.
- Nice to have: payments or high-risk verticals, your own agents or MCP servers, a startup or side project with real users, security hardening.

- Background in payments, acquiring, card schemes, or high-risk industries.

Our tech stack:
PHP, Go, SQL databases, queues, caches, Linux servers, payment gateway APIs, and bank APIs - you don't need to know everything on day one.

Hiring process:
Three steps, usually about one week from the first call to an offer. AI tools are welcome throughout.
- Intro call (40–60 min): Discuss your motivation, how you use AI, and a recent project you shipped with agents.
- Practical case (about 1 hour): We provide a vague business request. You return a ClickUp-style task written with AI, the agent session log or a short screen recording, the working solution, and a note explaining what you verified with AI versus checked manually.
- Live session with the CTO (15–30 min): Walk us through your solution, adapt to changing requirements, and drive the agents live. The founder may join at the end.
We make a decision within 48 hours of the final step.
