Software Engineer

About the project:

An operations management platform for an aviation company. The product is designed to replace fragmented workflows across spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and paper-based processes with a unified, scalable system. It will centralize essential operational and commercial data, streamline internal processes, and improve coordination across different areas of the business.

Tech Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Amazon S3, Microsoft Graph API, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, Claude Code

Talent you’ll bring into our team:

• 4+ years of hands-on full-stack development
• Practical knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
• Hands-on expertise with React.js and Next.js
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database concepts
• Experience with Prisma ORM or similar tools
• Understanding of REST API development and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive interface development
• A structured approach to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Confidence working independently and collaborating closely with a Team Lead
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced and iterative development environment
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience integrating Microsoft Graph API or Outlook services
• Knowledge of Docker and GitHub Actions
• Experience working on MVPs or early-stage products
• Familiarity with data-heavy business applications
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain frontend functionality using React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Develop backend functionality using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
• Work with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM
• Design and implement REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Implement product features based on agreed requirements and designs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, including when using AI-assisted tools
• Investigate and resolve frontend, backend, and integration issues
• Participate in code reviews, testing, demos, and feedback sessions
• Collaborate with the Team Lead, Solution Architect, UI/UX Designer, and client stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous product improvement throughout iterative development
