Our company Strikersoft with offices in Kyiv, Stockholm, Bucharest and 15 years history, is expanding the team and looking for Java Developer.
About the project
This role involves working across two related Swedish projects within the transportation domain.
The first project has been in production for approximately one year and is currently in an active development phase. It focuses on integrating Swedish municipalities with taxi service systems, using the Swedish SUTI standard.
The second project is an “order management system’ - a central hub connecting multiple taxi systems with different order providers. The project involves developing the core platform, adapting it for integration with various external systems, and building a financial module responsible for fare calculation, taxes, and other financial operations.
You will have an opportunity to contribute to the architecture and further development of the platform while working closely with the existing engineering team and project management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot
- Contribute to the architecture and technical design of the project
- Deliver features end-to-end, from technical design through to production rollout
- Design and implement integrations with external systems
- Participate in the development of the platform’s core functionality
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
- Improve service performance, security, scalability, and reliability
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and SpringBoot
- Experience designing and developing back-end systems and services
- Strong understanding of integrations systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional engineering team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English
