As an Automation Engineer (AI Workflows & Multi-Account Infrastructure), you’ll design, build, and maintain production-grade automation systems combining AI workflows, API integrations, and multi-account browser infrastructure. Your focus will be on creating reliable, scalable solutions that support business-critical operations across support, content production, and performance marketing.

You’ll work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and marketing teams to turn complex processes into stable, automated workflows.

Requirements:

3–4+ years of experience in automation engineering, technical operations, integration engineering, or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining production AI workflow automation and agentic systems under real-world load, not only prototypes.
Proven experience with LangGraph, n8n, or comparable workflow orchestration tools, including high-load production environments.
Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Node.js.
Solid experience with API integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, pagination, and rate-limit handling.
Practical production experience with LLMs, including structured outputs, evaluations, guardrails, and prompt reliability.
Hands-on experience with multi-account browser platforms such as AdsPower, MoreLogin, Multilogin, Octo Browser, Kameleo, or similar, including profile automation, fingerprint configuration, and browser orchestration.
Strong understanding of browser fingerprinting and bot-detection mechanisms, including canvas/WebGL, fonts, TLS and HTTP-level signals, IP reputation, and behavioral signals.
Practical understanding of proxy infrastructure, including static residential/ISP and mobile proxies, rotation strategies, and geo matching, with the ability to diagnose infrastructure issues rather than simply switch tools.
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL; experience with Supabase and Redis is a plus.
AIOps / MLOps / DevOps-style experience with major cloud or VPS providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, or similar.
English — B2+.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI-driven workflows for support operations, content production, performance marketing, and multi-account infrastructure.
Build and maintain systems connecting internal and external platforms via APIs, webhooks, and structured data pipelines.
Develop and operate production-grade agentic workflows with structured outputs, validation rules, confidence thresholds, retries, and fallback mechanisms.
Automate and orchestrate multi-account browser environments, including profile management, fingerprint configuration, proxy infrastructure, and browser operations.
Own workflow reliability end-to-end, including monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, incident response, and runbooks.
Diagnose infrastructure and automation issues across browser profiles, fingerprints, proxies, APIs, and AI workflows.
Continuously improve workflow performance, scalability, and operational stability.
Document workflows, architecture, and operational processes clearly so systems can be maintained and extended by others.
