Middle Software Engineer — Python / AI Code Evaluation

We are looking for a Middle Software Engineer / Python Developer to work on AI systems that are trained to analyze, understand, and evaluate program code.

The primary focus is on Python, Java, Scala, and Rust.

What You’ll Be Doing
Analyze existing Python code.
Work with code written in Java, Scala, and Rust.
Compare different implementations and determine which one is better.
Explain the logic and behavior of the code.
Identify bugs, potential issues, and vulnerabilities.
Evaluate code quality, design, structure, and maintainability.
Justify your technical decisions and conclusions.
Help improve AI systems that work with source code.
Our candidate
Middle Software Engineer / Developer with commercial development experience.
Is proficient in Python—our primary technology.
Has experience with or a solid practical understanding of Java, Scala, and Rust.
Has a strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and the fundamental principles of software development.
Can quickly read and understand others’ code.
Can compare different technical solutions and explain their pros and cons.
Understands the principles of clean code, software design, and maintainability.
Can explain their technical conclusions in a well-reasoned manner.

The candidate will be asked approximately 5–6 technical questions involving code snippets and must determine which implementation is better, explain how it works, and point out potential issues.
