We are seeking a Power Platform Full-Stack Associate to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of business applications and process automation solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise across the Power Platform ecosystem while working on enterprise-level projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Apps Canvas Applications.
- Build and support Power Automate cloud flows to automate business processes.
- Develop solutions leveraging Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL data sources.
- Implement business logic using Power Fx.
- Create and maintain reusable components and application design patterns.
- Work with APIs, JSON payloads, and integrations with external systems.
- Participate in solution deployment and environment management across development and production environments.
- Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and provide ongoing support.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft Power Platform and AI capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate.
- Experience building applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Understanding of Power Fx formulas and application logic.
- Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL databases.
- Basic understanding of relational database concepts and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of Git and version control principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, or CSS.
- Power Platform CLI and custom connectors.
- Azure Functions and Microsoft Graph API.
- Power BI integration.
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
- Microsoft Copilot Studio or AI Builder.
- CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
