Our product is a digital wellness platform focused on helping individuals and couples build healthier relationships. It combines professional guidance, personalized programs, digital exercises, and AI-powered tools to support better communication and emotional well-being.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior React Native Developer to help us build and evolve our mobile and web products.

React Native will be the primary focus of this role, but we’re looking for an engineer with broader product development experience who is comfortable working across the stack. You’ll also contribute to our React-based web experiences and backend integrations, owning features end-to-end from the user interface to server-side implementation and production release.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and engineering to ship new features, improve existing experiences, and iterate quickly based on product and user needs.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with a product mindset and knows how to effectively use modern AI development tools to build and ship faster.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience;
• 2+ years of hands-on commercial experience with React Native;
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and solid experience with React;
• Experience building and shipping production mobile applications for iOS and Android;
• Hands-on experience with React web development;
• Backend development experience — comfortable working with APIs, server-side logic, services, and databases;
• Ability to develop features end-to-end across mobile, web, and backend;
• Experience integrating REST APIs and passing data between mobile/frontend applications and backend services;
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, debugging, and application lifecycle;
• Strong practical experience using AI-powered development tools as part of the everyday development workflow;
• Product-oriented mindset and ability to independently take ownership of features from idea to production;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working closely with marketing or growth teams;
• Experience developing features or technical solutions for marketing and growth initiatives;
• Familiarity with analytics instrumentation such as Amplitude, Segment, GA4, or similar;
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation;
• Familiarity with attribution, tracking, deep linking, and conversion flows;
• Experience with tag management tools such as GTM;
• Experience in a B2C startup or product environment where speed and experimentation matter;
• Experience working directly with Figma and implementing designs independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile development: Build and ship production features in our React Native application, including UI components, navigation flows, API integrations, and native functionality where needed;
• Web development: Contribute to React-based web experiences and build responsive, production-ready frontend functionality;
• Backend development: Extend backend functionality where needed to support product features and integrations;
• End-to-end feature ownership: Take features from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, release, and iteration;
• Server integrations: Connect mobile and web experiences to backend services, REST APIs, third-party services, and other systems;
• AI-assisted development: Use modern AI development tools to improve development speed, problem-solving, and overall engineering productivity;
• Performance & reliability: Maintain high standards for mobile and web performance, stability, maintainability, and code quality;
