Software Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce, AI-powered automation, and enterprise Salesforce development. You will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of intelligent Salesforce solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of Salesforce and Agentforce solutions
• Design and implement AI-powered agents, autonomous workflows, and conversational experiences
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform configuration tools
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across development teams
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and source-driven development practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver business value
• Ensure production stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Salesforce expertise
• 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving delivery
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven automation
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Salesforce security architecture and secure development practices
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems
• Experience conducting code reviews and driving technical excellence
• Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
• English level B2 or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, AI Cloud, or Agentforce certifications
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash experience
• Experience with AppExchange products such as DocuSign, Conga, or LeanData
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
