About the Role

We are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to join a long-term project for a client in the banking industry.

The project focuses on business process automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise solutions built using the Pega Platform.

We are looking for a specialist with strong hands-on Pega development experience, a solid understanding of BPM/BPMS solutions, and the ability to work in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Platform.
• Implement and optimize business processes, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Configure and customize Pega applications according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams.
• Support integrations between Pega and external enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance.
• Follow Pega development standards and best practices.
• Contribute to technical discussions and solution design.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using Pega.
• Understanding of BPM, BPMS, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Pega case management, business rules, and process automation.
• Knowledge of integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Based in the European Union.

Nice to Have

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Experience with RPA and enterprise automation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
