Codebridge is turning design into something new: a product lab that ships. We built Lispr (lispr.ai) — a native Mac dictation app that went from idea to Product Hunt in two months and hit 46,000 dictations from 29 countries in its first three weeks. Now we're hiring AI-First Product Builders — the people who can do that on repeat. Figma is nice. AI has no taste — you do.
Responsibilities:
- Invent, build, and launch small products under the Codebridge brand — idea, design, working code, landing page, live URL
- Build v1s in days with the full AI stack: Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Higgsfield — whatever ships fastest
- Build discovery-phase prototypes that win client deals — a demo that hits the client's exact pain beats any deck
- Take a product from zero to one, then hand it to our engineers for production hardening — you own the spark, we own the scale
- Work like a founder inside the company: pick problems worth solving — yours or a client's — kill your weak ideas fast, defend the strong ones
Requirements:
- Taste — your work looks expensive and convincing, and you can explain why every pixel and every word is there
- Shipped things: 2–3 live links to products, sites, or experiments you built fast — these matter more than any CV
- Daily fluency with AI building tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable) and AI media tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney or similar)
- Product sense: for anything you build, you can name the problem, the person who has it, and why now
- Speed: clickable in hours, shipped in days — perfection is a v2 problem
- High agency — you don't wait for a brief, you write it
- No degree, no CV screening, no English requirement — your work speaks for you
Recruitment Process:
- Application Form
- Questionnaire
- Test Task — think it up, build it, ship it, send the link (5 working days; what you build stays yours)
- Live Session — we build something together on a call
- Job Offer
We Offer:
- Skin in the Game: A market salary that doesn't depend on your products taking off — and when one does, you share in the upside, with the exact mechanics written into your offer, not promised over a handshake
- Distribution Included: You build it, we take the winners to market — the way Lispr reached 29 countries in three weeks
- Founder-Level Autonomy: Own the whole loop from problem to live URL — no ticket queue, no design-by-committee
- Generous Time Off: 20 paid vacation days + 15 sick leave days annually
- Cutting-Edge Tools: Premium subscriptions to the full AI stack (Claude Code, Cursor Pro, Higgsfield, etc.) — used by the whole company, not just you
