We are looking for an engineer who will help improve our products: Festi Agentic Platform, Festi Framework, and others.
You are first and foremost a software engineer. You think in systems, not frameworks. You’re open-minded, pragmatic, and you’ve cleaned up real production code — not just written greenfield projects.
Requirements
PHP — primary
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP
- Understanding of modern PHP practices and ecosystem
Python
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and Claude SDK
AI Tooling
- Practical experience with Claude Code, Codex
- Ability to write Skills, prompts, and manage context effectively
RAG & Vector Databases
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation
- Experience with vector databases in practice
Architecture & Design
- SOLID principles and IoC — with real refactoring experience
- C4 Model, User Sequence Diagrams
Message Queues
- RabbitMQ — required
- Kafka — nice to have
Databases
- PostgreSQL, MySQL — required
- Cassandra — nice to have
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kafka
- Cassandra
