As an AI Automation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and building production AI systems that automate complex business processes and remove manual operational work. You will work closely with Marketing, Publishing, Analytics, and Technical Operations teams and report to the Technical/Automation Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI-driven automation systems for content generation, QA, validation, and reporting
- Design and implement agent-based workflows for multi-step operational processes
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines over internal data and knowledge bases
- Create reliable prompt architectures with focus on quality, cost, and consistency
- Implement evaluation and regression testing for LLM systems
Requirements:
- 4+ years of production Python experience
- 2+ years working with LLMs, AI systems, or agents in production
- Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals (tokenization, context, function calling, RAG)
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP or similar tools
- Ability to write clean, maintainable Python and design scalable systems
- English B2+
