Software Engineer

We’re now looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team, who is ready to take responsibility from idea to production.

We value engineers who ask questions, understand the bigger picture, communicate openly and contribute to technical decisions.

What You Will Do

• Work across both backend and frontend, with a stronger focus on backend development
• Design and integrate APIs, databases and third-party services
• Write clean, maintainable and well-structured code
• Use AI-assisted tools, including Claude Design, for development, research, debugging and prototyping
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Сontribute to codebase and architecture improvements
• Communicate blockers, questions and trade-offs clearly

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of commercial experience
• Experience with or understanding of TanStack Start, TanStack Router or Next.js
• Experience building backend applications and APIs; familiarity with Hono or similar lightweight Node.js frameworks
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL, relational databases and data modelling
• Understanding of REST, RPC and modern API communication patterns; experience with oRPC is a plus
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Practical experience using AI tools in software development
• Understanding of Claude Design and AI-assisted design-to-development workflows
• Ability to work independently, investigate problems and make reasonable technical decisions
• English level: B2 or higher
