Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Java / JavaScript Developer to join our agile, cross-functional product team. You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a white-label platform for marketing and e-commerce websites, working across both backend and frontend technologies.

You will have the opportunity to design and implement new features, improve existing solutions, and help shape the technical direction of the platform while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve a white-label platform for marketing and e-commerce websites.
• Design and implement new features across both backend and frontend.
• Refactor, optimize, and maintain existing applications and services.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and services.
• Participate actively throughout the full software development lifecycle within an agile, cross-functional product team.
• Collaborate closely with Frontend, Backend, and Full-Stack Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and DevOps Engineers.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and development practices to deliver modern, scalable solutions.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, maintainability, scalability, and testability.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching within the development team.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in software development; senior-level experience is an advantage.
• Strong professional experience with Java and hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Professional experience with Vue.js or a comparable modern frontend framework such as Angular or React.
• Good understanding of modern software development principles and best practices.
• Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with a structured, proactive, and goal-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an interest in solving technical and UX/UI challenges as part of a team.
• English: B2 level — confident spoken and written communication in everyday professional situations.
