Software Engineer

We're looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer to design, build, and integrate AI-powered agents and business applications on Microsoft's low-code ecosystem. You'll work hands-on with Copilot Studio to build production-grade agents — topics, flows, and actions — that go well beyond proof-of-concept work. Alongside this, you'll develop Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven), automate processes with Power Automate, and model data in Dataverse using Power Fx. The role also involves building integrations through REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Microsoft Graph, so comfort moving between the Power Platform and the broader Azure ecosystem is essential. You'll follow proper ALM practices using Git and Azure DevOps, and work within governance, security, DLP, and Entra ID frameworks to keep solutions compliant and secure. This is a great fit for someone who has already taken Copilot Studio solutions into production and wants to keep building agent-based platforms at scale.

About the project:
The project centers on an organization's push to bring AI agents and low-code automation into its everyday business operations, built on the Microsoft Power Platform. Copilot Studio agents are being developed to handle real business workflows — not pilots or demos — with topics, conversational flows, and custom actions wired into the organization's existing systems. Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate are used to extend and automate business processes, with Dataverse serving as the underlying data model and Power Fx powering the logic layer. Integration work connects these solutions to the wider technology landscape through REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Microsoft Graph. The environment follows structured ALM practices with Git and Azure DevOps, and solutions are built with strong attention to governance, security, DLP policies, and Entra ID identity management. It's a good fit for someone who enjoys production-grade, enterprise-scale Power Platform work rather than experimental builds.

You have:
- 3–7+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, having delivered production solutions (not just PoCs)
- Experience building and integrating Copilot Studio Agents — topics, flows, and actions
- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps)
- Experience with Power Automate
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse data modeling and Power Fx
- Experience with integrations via REST API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Microsoft Graph
- Familiarity with ALM practices using Git and Azure DevOps
- Understanding of governance, security, DLP policies, and Entra ID
- Fluent English, spoken and written
