Project Overview

• Format: Outstaff, long-term (6+ months).
• Domain: AdTech / MarTech platform for digital ad campaign management & optimization across multiple channels.
• Stage: Implementation (adding new channels, platform integrations, data optimization models in collaboration with Data Science teams).

Scope & Responsibilities

• Consolidate policy engines, wallet registries, and governance frameworks into a single system.
• Build backend capabilities for wallet management, transaction construction, execution pipelines, and signing coordination.
• Develop REST APIs, async background task pipelines, and relational database schemas.
• Handle full-stack tasks end-to-end (strong backend focus with React frontend support when required).

Requirements

• Tech Stack: Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, React, Kubernetes.
• Core Skills: Backend architecture, API design, relational DBs, async/background processing, testing, containerization/cloud.
• Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Time Zone: European time zone preferred (CET ±2 hrs).
• English Level: Advanced / C1 (fluent technical & verbal communication).
