Digital & eCommerce Solution Architect

Contract: 3 months

UST is looking for an experienced Digital & eCommerce Solution Architect to join our team for a 3-month project with possibility of prolongation.

In this role, you will lead the architecture and design of modern customer-facing digital solutions across web, mobile, eCommerce, loyalty, and customer engagement platforms. You will work closely with business, product, engineering, and architecture teams to translate business needs into scalable and effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end architecture for digital and eCommerce solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using modern web technologies and microservices.
• Lead architecture and integration of loyalty, rewards, membership, and customer engagement platforms.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the full solution lifecycle, from initial concept and architecture through delivery and optimization.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and engineering best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and technology partners.
• Define appropriate integration approaches and architecture patterns across digital ecosystems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within Digital, eCommerce, Customer Experience, or similar environments.
• Strong hands-on architecture experience with Loyalty, Rewards, Membership, or Customer Engagement solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture.
• Experience with MERN stack technologies:
  
  • MongoDB
  • Express.js
  • React
  • Node.js
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Single Page Applications (SPA).
• Experience designing integrations between web, mobile, APIs, and backend platforms.
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, integration patterns, and digital delivery methodologies.
• Experience working within established enterprise IT governance and architecture standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP CRM or related customer engagement solutions.
• Experience in retail, consumer, eCommerce, or omnichannel environments.
• Exposure to mobile-first and customer-centric digital transformation initiatives.
