Solutions Architect
Solution Architect
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong technical background, deep AWS expertise, and hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions.
The role is focused on one of our internal AI projects, where we are building advanced solutions involving AI agents, multi-agent systems, and modern cloud technologies.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of architectural decisions, evaluate different technical approaches, and translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient solutions.
Beyond technical expertise, we value curiosity, an engineering mindset, and a genuine interest in exploring emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar architectural role.
- Strong practical experience with AWS cloud services, including hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience designing, developing, and managing AI agents, including multi-agent architectures, agent orchestration, coordination, and efficient agent management.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG-based solutions, working with LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and architectural best practices.
- Solid software engineering experience with at least one backend technology such as Python, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
- Broad experience across multiple commercial projects, ideally 10+ projects involving different architectures, technologies, or business domains.
- Practical experience with Claude Code or similar AI-powered development tools.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to independently evaluate technical options, identify risks, make architectural decisions, and take responsibility for the proposed solutions.
- Genuine interest in emerging technologies, AI innovations, technical experimentation, and continuous professional development.
Nice to Have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Associate or Professional. Verifiable credentials via Credly would be an advantage.
- Experience building voice-based AI agents, including AI-powered phone calls, speech recognition (STT), and speech synthesis (TTS).
- Experience with real-time voice interactions, conversational AI systems, and voice automation.
- Experience with digital avatars, talking avatars, lip-sync technologies, and AI-generated visual representations.
- Experience optimizing AI/LLM systems for performance, latency, scalability, and infrastructure costs.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop scalable cloud-native architectures for AI-powered solutions using AWS.
- Define the architecture of AI agent systems, including multi-agent communication, coordination, and execution workflows.
- Design and implement solutions using Amazon Bedrock and other relevant AWS services.
- Develop architectural approaches for RAG-based systems and LLM integrations.
- Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns based on project requirements.
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency expectations.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies, tools, and approaches.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to key engineering decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Value
We are looking for a technically strong, independent, and open-minded architect who:
- Thinks beyond individual technologies and understands the bigger architectural picture.
- Enjoys solving complex technical challenges and experimenting with new approaches.
- Can balance architectural quality with practical business needs.
- Is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where technologies and requirements may evolve.
- Takes initiative, challenges assumptions constructively, and proposes effective solutions.
- Remains hands-on and engaged with modern engineering practices rather than focusing exclusively on high-level architectural documentation.
