We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to align business strategy with IT infrastructure, applications, and data architecture across multiple business units.
In this strategic role, you will define and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap, establish architecture standards, and ensure that IT systems support business objectives, scalability, security, and long-term sustainability. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving architectural consistency, reducing technical debt, and enabling cross-unit collaboration.

The Enterprise Architect will help establish a consistent, scalable, and governed technology ecosystem across business units. Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and enforce enterprise architecture blueprints and technology standards across business units.
- Establish and maintain architecture governance processes, ensuring that IT initiatives comply with internal standards, security requirements, and applicable compliance frameworks.
- Review existing software, infrastructure, and hardware ecosystems to identify legacy systems, redundant tools, and opportunities for modernization.
- Translate business goals and capabilities into technical requirements, data models, platform capabilities, and architecture roadmaps.
- Identify dependencies and integration opportunities across business units to enable reusable platforms and consistent technology solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and advanced cloud architectures, based on business value, feasibility, and compatibility with the existing ecosystem.
- Review and approve complex solution designs before development to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Define standard API and data integration strategies to improve interoperability and accelerate delivery.
- Identify and reduce technical debt, preventing short-term solutions from compromising long-term system stability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to align technology decisions with strategic objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or a similar senior architecture role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations.
- Experience defining architecture blueprints, technology standards, and long-term IT roadmaps.
- Understanding of architecture governance, technical reviews, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience translating business capabilities and strategic goals into technical architecture and implementation requirements.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data architecture, and reusable platform design.
- Experience assessing existing IT ecosystems, identifying technical debt, and planning system modernization.
- Ability to evaluate technologies and architectural approaches based on business value, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to complex architectural decisions.
