• Horizontal approach: Designing and building scalable data platforms and a Single Source of Truth, creating a solid foundation for BI and AI initiatives
• Vertical approach: Creating targeted AI solutions—from PoC to MVP—to automate specific business cases and solve critical client pain points

• Autonomy and expertise: You are the technical voice of Presales. You design high-level solution architecture, validate vendor offerings, and consult clients

What you will do:

• Create solution concepts addressing client problems and visualize them using front-end prototypes (Claude Code, Lovable or similar tools)
• Design conceptual solution architectures and select the optimal tech stack for two types of projects: “horizontal” (data platforms as a foundation) and “vertical” (targeted AI solutions from PoC to MVP)
• Partner with the Presale Manager and Business Analyst to define the optimal team structure (roles, seniority, involvement) and project phase breakdown required for successful delivery
• Collaboratively develop ranged high-level estimates (typically —25% to +75% accuracy), define key technical assumptions and risks
• Work alongside the Presale Manager to structure, justify, and present the technical portion of project proposals to prospective clients
• Partner with the presale and delivery leads to ensure a seamless handover of the technical vision once the project transitions into the delivery stage.

Technical Expertise Requirements

Must-Have:

• Presale Experience: Hands-on experience working side-by-side with Project Managers and Business Analysts to co-create technical proposals, scope boundaries, and estimates.
• Communication & Mindset: English B2 — C1 (Upper Intermediate — Advanced), strong client-facing & C-level communication skills, consultative ROI-driven mindset.
• GenAI & AI Architecture: Deep understanding of GenAI / LLM patterns (RAG vs. Fine-tuning, Agents, Vector DBs) and the ability to choose between ML vs. GenAI based on business feasibility.
• Data Engineering Concepts: Solid understanding of data layers (DWH, Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, SSOT).
• Architectural Vision: Hands-on experience with architectural modelling, Cloud Proficiency: sufficient AWS / Azure / GCP experience
• Core Technical Stack: Strong engineering background in any modern stack plus strong Python and SQL ecosystem proficiency

Nice-to-Have:

• Classical ML: Experience with predictive modeling and forecasting.
• Infrastructure: Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes principles.
• Full Stack Background: Prior hands-on experience in Full Stack development for end-to-end system understanding.
• Prototyping: Basic understanding of JS / TS logic and rapid prototyping AI tools (Claude Code, Lovable or similar tools).
