We are seeking a visionary Enterprise / Solution Architect to drive the architectural evolution of our domain and establish a next-generation portal strategy.

🎯 Core Responsibilities

  • Domain & Portal Strategy: Map out the current IT ecosystem using LeanIX (technologies, APIs, data flows, capabilities). Conduct thorough gap analyses to align the current landscape with target business goals.
  • Target Architecture Design: Draft the blueprint for the future web portal landscape, prioritizing security, scalability, seamless API management, and exceptional User Experience (UX).
  • AI & Agent Governance (Pioneering Track): Design and implement a "Governance as a Service" model and an agent harness for orchestrating, securing, and monitoring AI agents.
  • Guardrails & Compliance: Establish technical guardrails, role/permission matrices, lifecycle controls, and strict compliance rules for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents (controlled data/tool access, observability).
  • GitOps for Knowledge Management: Structure and maintain an LLM-optimized corporate wiki/knowledge base in Git (using Markdown, branching, PR reviews, and CI/CD pipelines) to make architectural data accessible to AI agents.
  • Architecture Decision Records (ADRs): Evaluate new, emerging requirements and document technical choices through structured ADRs.

🛠 Technical & Professional Requirements

  • Education: University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Architectural Experience: Proven track record as an IT Architect shaping modern web platforms, microservices, and complex integration projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on architectural knowledge of modern web environments: Microservices, API Management, CI/CD, , etc.
  • AI & LLM Governance: Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, traceability, agent observability, and reusable governance components.
  • Domain Knowledge (Strong Plus): Experience in the Energy Industry, specifically understanding the IT landscape of a Distribution System Operator (DSO) (Asset Management, Grid Operations, Metering, Billing, Market Communication).
